Opening themes are a huge deal for fans. They listen to the openings of their favorite shows on a loop. And as far as openings go, FRIENDS has the most iconic openings in a show ever. Even after almost two decades of the show&#8217;s end, people still listen to and recreate it. And now, a huge fan of Netflix&#8217;s new teen show Heartstopper has made a new theme for the show using FRIENDS as a template.

Just like FRIENDS, Heartstopper too deals with the issues of everyday problems mixed with the support of real friends. So people seeing similarities between the two shows is natural.
