Sydney Sweeney is putting sweat and blood into her new movie, quite literally. The Euphoria actress will be leading and making her debut as a co-producer. With both roles, her horror flick is already in process as one of the first few pictures from the shoot was taken recently in a beautiful landscape somewhere in Italy.

The horror movie that has a mostly Italian cast is still announcing the additions of new members. With the movie being released in 2024, here is a look at the progression so far.

A glimpse of Sydney Sweeney from Immaculate

Sydney Sweeney has taken up her next project very seriously, and it shows. As per Just Jared, the actress was shot in a bloodied white gown, walking through the greenery in Monterano, Italy. The pictures were clicked outside the Convento di San Bonaventura, a tourist spot, and a church on the 17th of February. Even her other co-star and Money Heist actor Alvaro Morte was clicked in black attire, with fake blood on his face.

The Black Bear pictures film is being directed by Michael Mohan who has worked with the actress on The Vouyers before. Apart from Sweeney and Morte, the movie will cast Simona Tabasco, Dora Romano, Giorgio Colangeli, etc. Sweeney’s own company Fifty- Fifty films will be co-producing the movie as well.

The story behind the horror flick Immaculate

The spine-chilling horror of Sydney Sweeney revolves around a young woman named Cecilia. She is all smiles to have her new role in a fancy Italian convent on the outskirts of the country. But her happiness quickly fades upon seeing the unraveling horrors of the place.

So far, the other movies on her list are Nocturne, Relentless, Cassidy Way, The Wrong Daughter, etc. This movie shall be another feather in of the actress’s list of thrillers, quickly making her the horror expert.
