Ryan Reynolds movies that will amaze you

Reynolds is extremely popular for being a sharp witted guy with a good sense of humor. Here are a few Reynolds films that prove he can be serious sometimes, and more importantly, profound.

Released in 2010, Buried is an extremely entertaining movie, showing a much darker side of the Deadpool actor. The film follows the story of Paul Conroy, a truck driver in Iraq. One strange day, Paul finds himself as one of the hostages put into a coffin and buried. Throughout the movie, the audience witnesses things through Conroy’s perspective. If you are looking for a thriller to watch, Buried might be the right choice for you. The movie is exclusively available on Amazon Prime Video.

The 2009 drama comedy movie features Reynolds as Mike Connell. Unlike most of his roles, in Adventure Land, he is far from a hero. The Deadpool star plays the role of a married caretaker who has an affair with an employee. While the actor does not have much screen time, his role holds a great deal of importance in the film. Be sure to checkout Adventure Land on Amazon Prime.

Up next we have the 2009 psychological thriller The Nines. One of the most creative films of its time, it features three different stories about three men: Gary, Gavin and Gabriel; interestingly, each of them played by Reynolds. The Deadpool star pulls off the various incarnations extremely well. If you are into movies that feature multiple stories, The Nines would make you feel right at home. The Nines is available to stream only on Prime Video.
