Netflix has released its weekly top 10 list and to no one’s surprise, Bridgerton season 2 is ruling the charts with 251.4 million views. The rating is from March 28 to April 8. The Shonda Rhimes produced series has made a new record after displacing Inventing Anna from its spot to become the most viewed English language TV series on the platform.

During its premiere week, it broke another record and amassed a total view of 193.02 million hours. People are flocking to complete the first season of Bridgerton on Netflix which led it to the second spot on the list. Season 1 has so far amassed 53 million views. And right on the heels of the raunchy regency era drama is, Is It Cake?

Although the numbers that the period drama has racked up are impressive, it isn’t Squid Game. The numbers cannot hold a candle to the Korean series yet. It racked up a whopping 571.76 million streaming hours in a week! The regency drama is also behind Squid Game on the all-time popular list. With 625.5 million watch hours, it still has a long way to go to catch up to Squid Game (1.65 billion hours).

For non-English titles on the streamer,  Business Proposals is currently the top title. It has become a permanent feature on the list for three consecutive weeks. On the film side, The Adam Project is very nicely settled in the no 1 spot. And with 17.72 million hours, the numbers are still rising as we go into the fifth week. Following it is Judd Apatow’s The Bubble and documentary, Trust No One: The Hunt for the Crypto King.
