We have finally enjoyed the first and second trailers of the fourth part of Matrix. The fourth film is titled The Matrix Resurrections. The fourth part of Matrix was first scheduled for release on May 21st, 2021, in the United Kingdom and the United States. But it was pushed to April 2022 as the filming delays.

There’s a hope of joyful news. After all, Warner Bros has moved the premiere date forward to December 22nd, 2021 along with The King’s Man.

Like so many other films, The Matrix Resurrection production also got delayed because of a pandemic. According to Associated Press, Keanu Reeves claims that all the cast and crew restarted filming from August 2020. He explains, “There are some really thoughtful, effective protocols in place and the rhythm of filmmaking has not really been affected or interrupted. I think everyone loves the project and if you’re ever going to get into any kind of situation that needs to be figured out or how to redo this, show business people are the back. We’re scrappy, we know how to get stuff done, we’re inventive, we think on our feet—that kind of kindred spirit of just coming together.”
