The Witcher is a popular Netflix original series that’s based on the book series of the same name by Andrzej Sapkowski. Despite the bad expectations from the gaming community before the release, The Witcher managed to be a great series.
It debuted with the first season in December 2019. Netflix renewed The Witcher for a second season and started filming it in February 2020. The production process of The Witcher season 2 was rough, as it had to be delayed because of the pandemic. After that, the star Henry Cavill got injured during the production.
