Netflix has promised its subscribers to provide entertainment on the streaming platform- new film, every week, in 2022. With that, the streamer even uploaded a video about big-budget films like Knives Out 2, The Gray Man, Slumberland, Enola Holmes 2, 20th Century Girl, Along for the Ride, and many more, coming on Netflix this year with their first look. One of them is The Adam Project.

The Adam Project is an upcoming time-bending sci-fi adventure film by Shawn Levy and co-scripted by Jonathan Tropper, T.S. Nowlin, Jennifer Flackett, and Mark Levin. The film has a stellar cast including Ryan Reynolds, Mark Rufallo, Walker Scobe, and Jennifer Garner.

The Adam Project release date updates

Fans only have a few weeks of wait ahead of them as The Adam Project will release on March 11th, 2022, exclusively on Netflix. Ryan Reynolds and Walker Scobe will play the role of old Adam and young Adam, respectively. Mark Ruffalo and Jennifer Garner will play the role of Adam’s father and mother. Zoe Saldana and Catherine Keener are also part of the project but their roles are yet to be disclosed by the creators.

The plot of the film develops around Adam, a time traveler who went to his past life to seek help from his young self, to confront his father. While he travels in his past life, his other mission was to save the dying world.

This is the first clip from the film which ensures us that the film will have action and adventure with some hi-tech gadgets. Ryan Reynolds as Adam has bought weaponry from the future, which feels like a time machine.

In the compiled teaser below, Ryan says, “Feel like a kid again. Wanna see something cool?” and shows off his gadgets.
