Deepti Vempati and Abhishek Chatterjee (Shake) are the two participants from Love is Blind season 2. They came into the pods to find their potential partners. But from the first episode, they really had a shaky relationship and went on to get over a lot of trials.

The only plus point of their relationship is they instantly connected over their culture and traditions as they never dated an Indian before. As Deepti tries to build a strong relationship, Abhishek, within a few days, shows up his true colors. Even his mother tries to talk with him in the pod, and he is not giving 100 percent to their relationship. In an episode of season 2, Deepti claims, “Shake doesn’t understand how Love Is Blind is supposed to work here. The whole point is about finding out who we are as people. No, can you carry me?”

Abhishek explains in the show that he is not physically attracted to Deepti. He even said at one point, “It feels like I’m with my aunt or something.” As the last episode is coming closer, we are very tense for the couple. Whether Abhishek can show his affection towards Deepti, or Abhishek’s emotions, will overshadow their relationship.

Are Deepti and Shake together now?

From the preview, we know they are already at the altar. We get a sneak peek at an Indian wedding, where Deepti is wearing a beautiful gown. She claims, “It all happened exactly how it’s supposed to.” But can we find out exactly what happened between them?

From Instagram, we know they follow each other and even commented on each other posts. But there are no couple photos of them. Abhishek uploaded a video on Instagram for all those viewers who claim that he is faking the proposing moment. The video captioned as, “This scene remains UNDEFEATED as the single most sweet, pure, and electric moment of my life. So much so that the first thing I did when I got back to my room was cry tears of joy as I wrote down my entire wedding guest list.”

While the new episode just aired on 25th February, the answer to the question is “NO”. The couple is not together. When they were at the altar and Shake prompted the question. Deepti said, “I hope you know how much mean to me and the impact you’ve made on my life, but no, I cannot marry you. I deserve somebody who knows for sure, so I’m choosing myself. I’m going to say no.“n

In the Instagram video, Deepti claims that he is perfect. Whereas in the post-wedding confession, she said, “He’s not the one for me. Because if he was, he would make me feel like I was the one. And he never did that.” She also told her mother, “I chose myself. I’m happy.”
