As Sherlock himself said, he lent pretty heavily during the scene as a punishment where he had to play the drunk character. And as Enola says about Sherlock in the film in the same scene, “You’re as heavy as a dead horse on top of another dead horse.” The viewers can easily imagine the man who played Superman and Geralt of Rivia could be as heavy as described in the film.
