Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, after exiting from the Palace, have recalled many disagreements and discriminatory moments with the Royal family. And the root problem of all their biggest controversies some way or the other found a way back to the Royals. For instance, the infamous Nazi costume moment of Prince Harry and also the not-so-friendly relationship with Kate Middleton. While one can raise doubts about the credibility of such statements, it is hard to point fingers at the good causes that the Sussexes have worked towards.
Be it as working members of the Royal family or even now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle continue to be associated with projects that work towards the greater good. And one such project restricts Prince Harry and Meghan Markle from having more than two kids.

In 2019, the couple made headlines when they interviewed the revered activist, Jane Goodall. Along with activism, Goodall is an expert on chimpanzees. The conversation between Prince Harry and Goodall accounted for several amazing and insightful moments. The highlight, however, was when Prince Harry explained why he and Meghan Markle are not planning to have more than two babies.
“We are the frog in the water and it’s already been brought to the boil. Which is terrifying,” Prince Harry said during a 2019 Vogue interview. He further stated that Archie’s birth had made him more careful and caring towards the environment. However, that does not mean one can have “too many children” as Goodall warned.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who edited the piece for Vogue, have chosen to contribute to the environment by restricting themselves to two babies. While it is unclear whether it was done when keeping the environment in mind, Princess Diana and King Charles also had two children.

What other contributions have the Sussexes made to the environment?
During their time as working members of the Royal family, the couple were mostly involved in projects that catered towards nature. Their dedication to eco-friendly travel was the most applauded.

While there is yet to be a full-fledged environment organization since the Megxit, the Harry & Meghan docuseries saw them working towards a beautiful and efficient garden in their house. Given enough time, we can expect the couple to make headway into finding an outlet for their environmental philanthropy.
