You’s leading man, Joe Goldberg is set to have a rival in Adam for season 4 of the series. The stalker’s arch-nemesis will be played by Lukas Gage who has been confirmed to be a regular on the show for the upcoming season. Guess, that makes it necessary to get to know more about Adam and how he will challenge Joe.

Who is Adam?

Adam is the typical rich kid, coming from one of the wealthiest families on the East Coast. He loves to party hard, is friendly but falls short of his family’s expectations. But despite his warm smile and amiable personality on the surface, Adam is extremely calculative. He knows what he wants, and he is capable of going to extreme lengths to get what he wishes for.

The man is also harboring plenty of secrets for which he takes pills to cope with it. He is described as manipulative as he unabashedly manipulates his friends, but a big question looms: Does he loves his girlfriend, or does he like her money and title? Will Joe find out his secret first or will Adam out Joe first? This will make for one hell of a season!

Will Cardi B appear on You season 4?  

Gage has previously starred in acclaimed HBO projects, notably, White Lotus and Euphoria. Apart from him, there might be surprise appearances in You season 4. Penn Badgley, who plays Joe Goldberg in the show, has never been secretive about his famous friendship with Cardi B. Fans had been rallying hard, even petitioned for the creators to get Cardi B on the show! Showrunner, Sera Gamble did not comment about this, but Penn sure addressed this on Jimmy Kimmel Live. 

“Well I don’t know, I definitely can’t say,” he said.

Joe and Love got married  (Victoria Pedretti) in the last season. They had a baby and chose to start a life together after moving to Northern California. But their marriage didn’t last. In the season finale, we saw Joe searching for Marienne (Tati Gabrielle) in Paris. Season 4 is likely to take the series forward in Paris. Filming for You season 4 has not begun yet, according to reports. The filming is to start in the middle of March 2022. You can expect the series to hit the platform later this year or early in 2023.
