When Arnold Schwarzenegger Welcomed Lebron James to Los Angeles
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the man’s legacy is not unknown unless one is living under a rock. As we all know, Schwarzenegger is a man of many credits and has carved a niche out for himself in every industry he ever set foot in. On the other side of the spectrum, we have LeBron James, another incredibly popular individual. We are no strangers to the legendary career of King James has had. And the two icons of their respective sports had an interesting crossover a few years ago.
As we all know, both LeBron James and Arnold Schwarzenegger have been great friends for years now. Over the years, both the legends have complimented and praised each other on several occasions. And back in 2019, the Terminator star could not hold his excitement back as James landed in Los Angeles. A few years ago, we witnessed LeBron James join the popular NBA team, Los Angeles Lakers, and Schwarzenegger could not help but make the NBA star feel at home. Taking to Instagram Schwarzenegger wrote, “This is so exciting that you’re coming to the city of stars, and you’re without a doubt going to be the biggest star of all, on the court and off the court.”

Furthermore, the Kindergarten Cop star added that he loved the news of James coming to L.A. Meanwhile, it was wholesome to see the respect Schwarzenegger has for King James. However, this was not the first Schwarzenegger praised the L.A. Lakers legend. Previously, when James set the record of being the first NBA player to score with 30,000 points, 10,000 rebounds, and 10,000 assists, Schwarzenegger congratulated the star on Instagram.

It might surprise you to know, but the duo’s friendship goes way beyond the world of sports. Interestingly, James donated all the proceeds from his All-Star Game in 2018 to a nonprofit organization founded by the Austrian Oak.

What did LeBron James and Arnold Schwarzenegger bond over?
It might surprise you to know, but James and Schwarzenegger did not bond over sports. Interestingly, both the icons bonded over the common vision of philanthropy and the greater good that the two share. Furthermore, the duo first met when L. A Lakers legend attended one of Schwarzenegger’s fund-raising events according to Skysports.
And ever since, the duo have shared an incredible friendship and, on various occasions, were spotted together. Eventually, the duo even started showing interesting in the food supplement industry as well.
