Many people were expecting a new season of ‘Mindhunter’ or a sequel for ‘Mank’. Instead, we will be getting a 10 episode series that celebrates cinema. So, to be honest, it is a win-win situation for us.
What do we know so far?
As of now, we know that David Prior will join David Fincher and Netflix as the director for the project and Drew McWeeny will be working as one of the writers for the show. While not much has been disclosed about the show, writer McWeeny wrote, “VOIR is, simply put, the thing I have been working on for the last few years and the project I am most excited about right now. It is a streaming series for Netflix that is hopefully not like any other show about movies that you’ve seen.”
