Wednesday’s Christina Ricci Shares Her Two Cents on the Next Possible Roles She Might Play in the Future
Franchises come and franchises go but only a few of them make it to the top and actually stay there with all their might. Netflix is home to various critically acclaimed Series and Movie franchises, for instance, House of Cards, Stranger Things, Ozark, and so on. The latest addition to the list is, however, the Jenna Ortega breakthrough movie, Wednesday. Although Ortega is the first name that comes synonymous with it, the movie had some other incredible stars like Christina Ricci who have given their best to the film.
One of them would undoubtedly be Christina Ricci who plays the facade of the sweet and supportive role of mistress, Marilyn Thornhill. She continues to deceive until it is revealed that she is actually teamed up with the season’s villain. Hence, given the brief framework of her character, it was believed to be a versatile one. And it has finally got the fame and recognition that she deserves.

Where does Christina Ricci actually see herself in the next few years?
Walking on the carpet at the season 2 premiere of Yellowjackets, the 43-year-old spoke with ETonoine revealing her future plans. The spokesperson asked the star if they should hope to see her in the highly anticipated second season. Nonetheless, as expected, there was no straight answer from the star.
She, in fact, elaborated on how she thinks she should be tight-lipped about the same for confidentiality issues. She reverted to the camera, saying, “I don’t think I’m allowed to say anything.” While replying to the question, the young talent gave a bit of an ambiguous answer which said that on her end, “the door was always open.”

Ricci has a thing to play villains
Although her properly framed and constrained statements to the media did not fetch us an answer, her extreme passion for playing the roles of villains in the future. While speaking of the Wednesday role of Miss Thornhill, the star revealed how it was the same flight they had then back.

“She was so fun! It’s always so fun to play a villain,” the star further confessed. Ricci’s significant hand in making all of it happen can never go unnoticed.
