Who would not like to hear a nice story about the past, the present, and the future within a sci-fi setup? Well, Netflix understands this well and is perhaps coming with the best of its time. From the creators of Game of Thrones, David Benioff and DB Weiss, the streaming giant will premiere the enthralling adaptation of 3 Body Problems in January 2024.

Having said that, we must also acknowledge that the attempt here is to adapt one of the most celebrated sci-fi novels of its time, 3 Body Problem by the Hugo Award winner, Liu Cixin. And even though its trailer keeps almost all the plot details under wraps, we have some intrinsic facts about satellite invasion, alien planets, and a woman’s gasping discovery that would compel scientists around the globe to join forces and fight the great alien threat.

Whether the tale is that of caution or inspiration (to the unknown forces) we do not know. But what we do know is, “anything might be out there.”

Furthermore, we also know that given the multiple layers and complexities of the Netflix original, people are already grooving for it.

Fans are all decked up for 3 Body Problems from the creators of Game of Thrones

While many may not have welcomed the association of the Game of Thrones producers to the show with a happy heart, they are certainly looking forward to seeing what the adaptation has to offer. The book lovers claimed, “It’s gonna be absolute perfection.” Meanwhile, the trailer itself is “incredible” for others.

Some Twitteratis are just hopeful.

Others express their anticipation and excitement in GIFs, and caps lock fonts.

Furthermore, some also acknowledge that the “scope is truly enormous.”

Also, to others, the trailer looks stellar and they believe in the tone of storytelling even if they cannot believe in D and D brothers.

Moreover, some fans also look forward to watching the series because it is not an easy task to adapt fiction like this from the book to the screen. So, they seem to be ready to wait and watch how it unfolds.

Some also say that “it’s unfilmable.” But hope is perhaps something to cling on.
