Fans are full of excitement ever since they knew that Deadpool 3 will be coming out soon. If this was not enough, the announcements coming in for the past few months have only added to the enthusiasm of fans. While Ryan Reynolds gears up in the iconic red suit and wit of the character, he will be joined by Hugh Jackman and even Tom Hiddleston in the third installment. With the multiverse becoming a reality in the MCU, there is no limit on who else can join this upcoming action-packed movie.

The MCU is ever-expanding and is always on its toes to introduce more characters to the franchise. And now, MCU has decided to break barriers with the rival comic book universes. Ever since Disney got the rights from Fox to bring the Merc with the Mouth to their multiverse sage, there have been revelations about Deadpool 3 that have put the fans in a frenzy. The working title of the third installment came out to be Tidal Wave. At first, it was confusing, but now it hints at the introduction of a villain.

If you remember, back in 2021, Henry Cavill had a ‘secret meeting’ with Marvel studios in London. And now the potential chances of Cavill, our beloved Geralt, and Superman, being a part of the MCU have started to unfold. Last year, Marvel hinted at bringing Cavill to the scene and even ask him to play Dr. Doom as reported by KoiMoi. This means that we might see Reynolds, Cavill, Jackman, and Hiddleston on screen together. While more characters will be seen from the past as well, fans are also eager to know what will Tidal Wave be all about in the movie.

Small Screen also reported that the arc of Tidal Wave will talk about the time when Magneto stole Thor’s Mjolnir and wreaked havoc on New York City and Manhattan. All this happens because of the magnetic field he creates, leading to a monstrous tsunami, leaving the survivors to deal with the problem. However, in the later part, it unfolds that it was not Magneto but Dr. Doom who was behind the disastrous calamity. So hopefully, fans can expect Magneto and Dr. Doom in the new installment.

Apart from Cavill and Hiddleston, it is also confirmed that Blind Al and Dopinder will be joining Deadpool as well. And more recently, the power couple Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Yukio also confirmed their presence in the film.

Seems like Deadpool 3 will have a lot of Easter eggs to look out for and, of course, Ryan Reynolds’s wit. What do you think about Henry Cavill becoming Dr. Doom? Let us know in the comments.
