Like every year, Billboard Women in Music Awards returned to honor the female artists in the industry. The 2023 edition kick-started on Wednesday at Los Angeles’s YouTube Theatre, hosted by the award-winning actress Quinta Brunson. This star-studded ceremony welcomed several influential creators, artists, producers, and executives, who made the night more memorable than ever. Meanwhile, one of the special moments that stole fans’ hearts was Olivia Rodrigo and Lana Del Rey teaming up at the event.

Pop Base recently shared some pictures of American musicians from the 2023 Billboard Women in Music Award. The tweet showed the Grammy winner and ‘Born to Die’ singer sitting together at the table. They both looked adorable, smiling and hugging each other.

Lana Del Rey bagged the Billboard Music Visionary Award

Attending the glamorous annual event on March 1, Lana Del Rey received the Billboard Women in Music Visionary Award. This honorary moment took place after 14 years as she released her first song back in 2008. The ‘West Coast’ singer took the stage glimmering in a semi-sheer yellow lace dress and praised the award presenter Olivia Rodrigo. Moreover, she thanked all her fellow artists, collaborators, best friends, and others who have been there with her during this journey.

Later, the New York native spoke to ET’s Deidre Behar about what this award meant to her. In her response, the songstress shared a beautiful message with fans saying you only need to do what makes you happy. Just like she followed her “gut instinct” that paved the right path for her and brought her this honor.
