Cavill who bagged the role after doing Man of Steel was also highly appreciated for his role as Geralt of Rivia. The entertainer is known for his roles in fantasy series, and this periodic fantasy show was another feather in his hat.

What made Cavill special was his knowledge of the show and being a fan of the books since before the series began. But The Witcher is also a Superman. Now, DC is about to begin Man of Steel 2, which led the lead actor to choose his priorities. The news has come as a hard one for The Witcher fans who have made up their minds on whether they will watch season 4.

What does the poll say about The Witcher fans since Henry Cavill has exited?

Henry Cavill effortlessly played the role of Geralt of Rivia for three seasons of The Witcher. But his journey has come to an end now, with him exiting. So, will fans watch season 4? A post on Twitter reveals. A poll taken by CultureCrave asked fans if they will watch season 4 of the fantasy drama without Henry Cavill. 81.9% of viewers voted no to watching the next season without the actor in. The survey had a whopping 200k people voting.

Fans are even asking to end the show with its three seasons and not make a new one with a replacement.

Some fans still hoping he somehow returns to the show.

Makers of the series have roped in Australian actor Liam Hemsworth, who also acted in the Hunger Games series, The Last Song, and Most Dangerous Game. Despite his good record, The Witcher fans are not keen on accepting him as their new Geralt of Rivia.
