‘The Lincoln Lawyer’ on Netflix: Here’s Your First Look at the Michael Connelly Novel’s Series Adaptation
If you have a good memory, you’ll remember that Michael Connelly’s novel The Lincoln Lawyer was adapted into a feature film starring Matthew McConaughey 10 years back. The Lincoln Lawyer is now coming to the small screen on Netflix with Connelly playing a big part in its production. The series is looking at a May 13 release and the streamer has released some first-look photos before the premiere. Take a look.
What is the plot of The Lincoln Lawyer?

Season 1 will follow the events of Connelly’s second novel, The Brass Verdict. LA-based lawyer Mickey Haller’s past two years were good. He makes a comeback to the courtroom only to defend Walter Elliott. His client is accused of killing his wife and her lover, Jerry Vincent. But his biggest case yet puts him right on the track of Vincent’s killer.
Things get worse at the entry of Harry Bosch. The man is determined to use Haller as bait to find the killer.

“Sidelined after an accident, hotshot Los Angeles lawyer Mickey Haller restarts his career — and his trademark Lincoln — when he takes on a murder case.”
Who are the cast members?
This isn’t a sequel nor a spin-off of the original series. Hence, Matthew will not appear in The Lincoln Lawyer.

Meet the team behind the series
Ted Humprey is the showrunner and also executive producer for The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix. He and Connelly wrote the final episode of the 10 part series together. Humphrey’s most notable work so far includes CBS’ The Good Wife and Syfy’s Incorporated. David E. Kelley, Michael Connelly, Ross Fineman, and Tana Jamieson also serve as executive producers on the show.

Whereas, Erin Feeley and Alonso will helm two episodes from the first season of The Lincoln Lawyer on Netflix. The series will be made available on the streamer, globally.
