Out of many countless attributes of Queen Elizabeth II, what added to her longest-serving reign in the UK was her far-reaching relations. The late monarch of Buckingham Palace always believed in enriching her experience with a wide range of connections with friends and families across nations. Be it official delegates or family relatives, Queen Elizabeth loved them all. The same goes for people who were associated with family members prone to controversies, like Meghan Markle.

Doria Ragland and her father, Thomas Markle, split in the late 1980s, leaving young Meghan all by herself with her mother. Ever since, Ragland had been her rock until she tied the knot with Prince Harry and gained a whole new family.
