The Hargreeves Siblings Singing Jennifer Warnes’ Grammy-Winning Best Describes ‘The Umbrella Academy’
The Hargreeves siblings of The Umbrella Academy never leave a chance to show their dance moves on famous 90s songs. They jump in to swing together as they have no time to entertain themselves in an apocalyptic world. We see them in every season, tuning to enchanting music like Kenny Loggins’ smash hit ‘Footloose’ in the first episode of season 3.
This has become a legacy for Steve Blackman, who loves to sprinkle some fun on top of an action-packed plot. However, presenting some family moments is an utmost addition because the show focuses on a supernatural family of estranged siblings. And the showrunners did just that with a bachelor party for Number One AKA Luther in season 3.

The Umbrella Academy siblings have a bachelor party in season 3
With everything falling apart, no one can imagine a quick jump to wedding celebrations. But this is what Luther and Sloane want before the holocaust ends their world. In season 3, all the siblings take refuge in a shady hotel named Obsidian. While they feel overwhelmed at the thought of doomsday looming upon them, there comes a piece of shocking news: Luther and Sloane are getting engaged on the day at 6 pm.
The official Twitter account of Netflix recently shared a clip from the “Wedding at the End of the World” episode where all the brothers except Ben are singing. In episode 8, Luther invites Viktor to his bachelor party and also asks him to be his best man for the evening. Moreover, Luther planned a karaoke party so they all could have some fun since the world was coming to an end.
For instance, Luther sings Total Eclipse of the Heart and later, everyone joins in singing together the iconic song by Jennifer Warnes. The song perfectly fits their situation when the apocalypse has almost destroyed things around the Obsidian hotel.
