Should You Watch ‘Return to Space’? Check Out the Release Date, Trailer, and Reviews for This New Netflix Documentary
Ever since the “Giant leap for mankind,” the human race has been in the tireless endeavor to conquer the boundaries of space. However, after the tragic incident of 2003, when the space shuttle Columbia left for its 28th flight but never returned, resulting in the death of all seven NASA astronauts. And then, despite the odds, Elon Musk and SpaceX succeeded in producing lower-cost solution that can safely return to Earth. SpaceX launched a Dragon capsule to bring NASA astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley to the International Space Station in 2020. And that is what Return to Space documentary by Netflix is about.

Return to Space documents Elon Musk’s and SpaceX’s achievements as they prepare to launch a historic NASA mission on May 30, 2020, to bring people to the International Space Station for the first time since the space shuttle Atlantis retired in July 2011.

Demo-2 was a two-month mission that transported seasoned astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley to orbit.

When is the film releasing?
Netflix has had an impressive year so far. With the second season of Bridgerton breaking the viewing records Netflix is soaring right now. To carry that flame forward, Return To Space starts streaming on Netflix on the 7th of April. The movie has a runtime of two hours and eight minutes.

Review and should you watch it?
Return To Space is by no means one to stand on its narrative or filmmaking capabilities. But it does give a sense of hope through its optimistic tone. And with Oscar-winners Jimmy Chin and Elizabeth Chai Vasarhelyi directing the film, it is at least worth a watch.

The runtime of the film is absolutely perfect for a night when you are craving adventures of humankind with the extravagant lifestyle of Elon Musk. So if you are someone who likes space documentaries and wants to learn more about the amazing point in human history do give the film a watch.
