Ryan Reynolds’ Wrexham AFC Players Seem to Share His Sense of Humor, as Star Striker Paul Mullin Falls Pray to It After Scoring a Hat-Trick Against Oldham Athletic
Ryan Reynolds has enlightened the world with his amazing sense of humor in the past, and he keeps on doing that now and then. His comical feuds with the mother of his children, Blake Lively, are pretty common and endearing. He does not miss a chance to showcase it in the advertisements he does for his brands or even the interviews. The best part is that he has started influencing people with it now.
A recent incident showcasing it happened right after the latest match of the Welsh football club the 46-year-old actor owns. The striker of the team, Paul Mullin, who is in his best form, has now scored a hat trick for the team. Wrexham AFC had a match with Oldham Athletic on April 1, in which they beat them by 5-1. However, it seems like one team member made a playful jab at Mullin while acknowledging the accomplishments of the women’s team.

Apparently, a fan shared a picture of Mullin’s ball covered with testimonials along with a playful note. As per Mirror, the Deadpool actor liked the tweet that said “Rosie woulda got 4”, which was written by one of Mullin’s Wrexham team members. Surprisingly, this was a reference to a player, Rosie Hughes, of Wrexham’s female football club.
Hughes scored the game-winning goal to help the team win the Genero Adran North, second division in Wales. The fellow player who wrote that on the football was referring to her as he mentioned it, which turned out to be a hilarious turn of events. While the players showcased their wishes by inscribing the football, how did the owners expressed their wishes?
Ryan Reynolds tweeted not once but twice for his football star
The Green Lantern actor and his partner in the ownership of the football club Rob McElhenney barely miss a chance to attend their team’s matches and express their love for them. Luckily, both of them were present at the current match of Wrexham. While McElhenney made one tweet referring to the rise of Mullin, Reynolds was overwhelmed and did two.
