While he is also promoting his upcoming movie Spirited, based on Charles Dickens’ novel. This Christmas-themed musical comedy will follow the story of a miserly misanthrope.
On the other hand, Ryan has once again connected with the project that first surfaced back in early 2020. Also, it was said that he will be cast as the central character Dirk the Daring. Ryan Reynolds talks about Netflix bringing the most amazing technology to Dragon’s Lair
In a recent promotional interview with Collider, Ryan Reynolds opened up about his 2020 projects finally coming to life. The 45-year-old star seemed very excited about the project and appreciated Netflix for their approach to the video game.
“And I’m not sure, but I don’t think anyone’s ever tried it before quite like this. So I’m curious to see how it’ll go,” explained Reynolds. Moreover, the Free Guy star stated that the streaming giant is going to experiment with the technology in a way that might astound people. According to him, it is something that he or the industry has never seen before.
“So they’re taking some kind of pretty innovative stabs at particular IP in a way that I’m blown away with.” Therefore, Ryan Reynolds is very excited to see what innovative Dragon’s Lair will bring as he will be a part of the whole time.

Safe House star also revealed that his production company, Maximum Effort, in coordination with other producer. It includes Vertigo Entertainment’s Roy Lee, Trevor Engelson, Gary Goldman, Jon Pomeroy, and Don Bluth.
Meanwhile, the writers of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Dan and Kevin Hageman will be writing the script for this adaptation.
