In a recent promotional interview with Collider, Ryan Reynolds opened up about his 2020 projects finally coming to life. The 45-year-old star seemed very excited about the project and appreciated Netflix for their approach to the video game.

“And I’m not sure, but I don’t think anyone’s ever tried it before quite like this. So I’m curious to see how it’ll go,” explained Reynolds. Moreover, the Free Guy star stated that the streaming giant is going to experiment with the technology in a way that might astound people. According to him, it is something that he or the industry has never seen before.

“So they’re taking some kind of pretty innovative stabs at particular IP in a way that I’m blown away with.” Therefore, Ryan Reynolds is very excited to see what innovative Dragon’s Lair will bring as he will be a part of the whole time.

The Deadpool star will produce Netflix’s Dragon’s Lair 

Safe House star also revealed that his production company, Maximum Effort, in coordination with other producer. It includes Vertigo Entertainment’s Roy Lee, Trevor Engelson, Gary Goldman, Jon Pomeroy, and Don Bluth.

Meanwhile, the writers of Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Dan and Kevin Hageman will be writing the script for this adaptation.
