Seeking the perfect opportunity, he took her to his grandmother’s summer residence. As per Architectural Digest, the meeting took place on the second day of the couple’s weekend gateway to Birkhall. The Birkhall estate belongs to King Charles and is located several miles from the palace. The American actress got to have an early visit to the palace, considering that the Duchess of Cambridge had to wait nearly five years for the same.
The estate sits on approximately 46,107 acres of land. It has both Scottish Baronial and French chateau influence with the way it’s structured. In today’s time, the approximate cost of Balmoral Castle would be $140 million. The Royal family purchased this property back in 1856 for €32,000. Some of its features are the eye-catching clock tower, around 150 buildings, and a huge ballroom. Her Majesty often hosted events and parties at the Palace and its courtyard.

After Queen Elizabeth, the property went to King Charles, and Markle was reportedly not allowed to visit again, stating multiple reasons behind it.
