“One of You Is Watching” the Professor, ‘You’ Season 4 Trailer Brings a New Murderer?
After the epicenter of Netflix’s mystery thriller drama Joe Goldberg, (SPOILER ALERT) killed his wife, abandoned his child, and also pursued a new love interest after framing his wife as his murder towards the finale of Season 3, fans did not know what to expect in You Season 4. Ever since its release in 2019 on Netflix, the antagonist-Esque protagonist of the series has left no room for doubt that he is capable of nearly anything. Over the course of three seasons, Joe Goldberg has proven that he is a ruthless murderer, stalker, and constantly on the hunt for “true love” (READ: victims).
It has been more than a year since the release of Season 3 in 2021, and Netflix after promising a Season 4 has finally dropped a trailer for You Season 4. Well, at least the first part of it. Netflix is testing out its new format by releasing You Season 4 in two parts. Part 1 of You Season 4 will be dropping on the 9th of February and You Season 4 Part 2 will be dropping exactly a month later on March 9th.

You Season 4 trailer turns the table
Fans were not wrong in anticipating You Season 4 to be top-notch. The upcoming season will see Joe Goldberg far away from California, in Europe as a professor. Furthermore, Goldberg is now an eloquent professor named Jonathan Moore who is opening a new chapter after quite literally burying the older ones.
This time around, Goldberg hopes to not find anything intriguing when he stares from his giant windows. Alas, he finds himself following Kate played by Charlotte Ritchie from Ghosts into a group of what he calls “privileged douchebags”.

However, this time around, Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble have new plans for Joe Goldberg. The upcoming season follows the same creepy text messages, stalking, and psychotic behavior. However, Joe Goldberg is not the one doing it, there is a new murderer. And this murderer is no rookie in the game.

One of the most gripping moments in the thrilling trailer is when Goldberg enters his room to find his wall decorated with every headline linking him to homicides. We see the headlines about every “true love” that Goldberg has pursued since Season 1 making whoever the other killer is, a better stalker than Joe Goldberg himself. If you thought that no one could outdo Joe Goldberg after Season 3 finale, then you are in for a ride.
