One such story belongs to a party held by Tom Hanks a long time ago and involves Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Springsteen.
Hanks and his wife Rita Wilson hosted this party many years ago, and guests included Bruce Springsteen and Arnold Schwarzenegger, along with their wives. Arnold Schwarzenegger hilariously counters Springsteen’s serious marriage story
Rolling Stone editor Jann Wanner, in his memoir, Like a Rolling Stone, mentioned this incident after many years of the party. According to Cinema Blend, the singer-songwriter Springsteen was there with his wife Patti, while Schwarzenegger was present with his then-wife Maria Shriver.
The singer from Glory Days was the one who recounted a tale at the dinner party that had everyone at the table go silent. He said, “Once you get married, there’s another person you have to be considerate of and share your life with [as] your equal.” According to Wenner’s memoir, Springsteen’s little speech about his life with Patti left everyone in the room in awe, and it at once change the vibe of the party to a serious one.
It is right then when The Terminator actor came to the rescue as he joked with his then-wife Maria Shriver, “Time to go Maria! Heel!” Right after that, everybody burst into laughter and everyone settled back into a lighthearted mood.

Years later, Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver officially got divorced in 2021 when the billionaire actor-businessman confirmed him being the father of his housekeeper Joseph Baena’s son. His name is Joseph Baena, and he was born in 1997, who, apparently, is his father’s replica.
Springsteen and Patti, on the other hand, just became grandparents to a newborn girl called Lily Harper.
