But Cavill has warned of an equally enormous danger for his character in Season 3 of the series. He revealed to Tudum, the fate of Geralt and the supporting characters. “Now, there is a real threat, ” Cavill stated, referring to what is to come. Apparently, the season will not just be about theatrics or theories. He compared the danger lying ahead to a ‘lion’s den’.

Show maker Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, who faced some criticism for Cavill’s exit and the storyline, also aligned her views with his about the content. As per her, season 3 is the result of the story built up and cumulations of both the previous seasons. This season will also be special, releasing in two parts. The first one will release in June, followed by the second part in July.

While there is no exact reason why he is exiting the show, he has given his blessings to Liam Hemsworth.

Liam Hemsworth feels the pressure of filling in the shoes of Henry Cavill from season 4. The 40-year-old also gave his blessings, referring to the Australian actor as ‘fantastic’.
