Five may have been the only Hargreeves sibling running around in a school uniform trying to prevent the apocalypse. But there’s no doubt that he’s the most intelligent of them all. He’s pragmatic, has the ability to manipulate time and space, and displays a high amount of intellect. His sarcastic comments and comebacks are probably the highlight of the series. And he didn’t disappoint in The Umbrella Academy season 3 either.

He continues to have meltdowns throughout the series, which makes the superhero show a riot to watch. Netflix was kind enough to create a montage of all the best Five scenes from the latest season.

The video kickstarts with our boy reading a newspaper, hoping to catch a break but things go wrong. Then, we see him casually teleporting himself, threatening and snapping at people who don’t share his intellect. The funniest moment is when he constantly provokes Diego for his dumbness and the latter fires up every time.

We catch his fiery temper when he confronts his 100-year-old self and the lady with the kid at the game zone. Almost everyone mistakes him as just a kid, not knowing that he’s a 60-year-old man trapped in a boy’s body! 

Five would have retired if not Sir Reginald

Five is preoccupied with saving the world even in The Umbrella Academy season 3. But his plans go out of the window when his 100-year-old self reveals to him that he was one of the founding members of the Temps Commission. His old self further warns him to stop whatever he’s doing to prevent the doomsday. Because of the ominous warning, Five does take a step back and thinks of retiring.

Unfortunately, Sir Reginald’s scheming ways didn’t let that happen. And he again got embroiled in the manipulation of timelines. The season eventually comes to a shocking finale that reunites Allison with Claire and Ray, Reginald with his wife, Abigail, and potentially opened up a new universe, Oblivion.
