Not Furious! Reports of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Suing South Park’s Dig “baseless, boring”

With everything that is going on with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, trenchant controversies and disputes have become the new normal for the onlookers. After the continuous backlashes by UK tabloids, the Entertainment Industry had also come down to picking on the estranged couple. Nonetheless, the Sussexes have become quite immune to them all. After the recent South Park Storm, the Prince and his wife have put up a nonchalant front like a pro.

Following the defamatory dig of the satirical adult show, South Park, rumors had it that the same might meet with some legal ramifications from the Sussexes. Sources had previously claimed that the couple was apparently upset with the mockery and was planning to file a lawsuit.

This is for the first time since the controversy erupted that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have broken the silence over the entire fiasco. Their representatives told The Guardian that the couple was not furious at all. Speaking on the behalf of the Sussexes, the spokesperson claimed that their portrayal was inaccurate. 

“It’s all frankly nonsense,” the representative claimed, adding that those were “totally baseless and boring reports.” The spokesperson referred to earlier claims made by Fox News contributor Neil Sean, who incorrectly claimed that the Sussex legal team was going through the entire episode to keep an eye out for what could turn into “something more sinister.” However, the latest revelations to the outlet have dismissed that nothing of such sort ever happened in real life.

What did the South Park episode say about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle?

In the stirring episode of South Park, the animated parodies of the estranged royal couple evidently move into a separate space calling for privacy. The “Dumb Prince’s” character with the signature ginger red hair was seen playing a drum kit and polo outside of his house, conversing with the Princess through horn speakers.

 “You ever heard of a thing called ‘privacy’??” the Prince shouts after having disturbed his neighbors, especially Kyle with his late-night fireworks to ‘respect their privacy’.
