Netflix’s Summer Romance ‘Love and Gelato’ Finally Gets A Release Date
The young romance has returned this season on the enchanting streets of Italy with Luna Emerson. Adapted from the New York bestselling novel by Jenna Evans Welch Netflix is bringing Love and Gelato this summer holiday. We are already in love with dreamy romance films like To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and The Kissing Booth. And Love and Gelato bring more excitement to the fans about what newness this movie will add up to the romance genre. Because Netflix has finally announced the release date of the movie.
Trailer reveals a thrilling journey of Luna in this historic city of Rome

Lina, a pre-med student flies to the dream city following her mother’s journal to have the best summer of her life. To fulfill her mother’s last wish Luna reaches Rome to find her father. But instead, she finds greater adventures in her life and new friends. The city has so much to share with this young woman as she eventually falls in love with the charms of the city and especially Gelatos. As the character is seen expressing her feelings about the city in the trailer:
“Well, Italy I have this weird feeling you might completely change my life.”

The movie has featured young talent including Susanna Skaggs, Anjelika Washington, Saul Nanni, and Tobia De Angelis. Directed by Brandon Camp who is a popular Hollywood director known for his movies like Benji and Love Happens. The season’s sizzling romance will make its way on Netflix on the 22nd of June, 2022.
However, the movie will be streaming late at night 12:00 a.m. PT/3:00 a.m. ET but surely fans can keep their reminders on. So they don’t miss the first glimpse of Florence and discover the dramatic scenes we saw in the trailer.
