Netflix is certainly strengthening its bond with Meghan Markle. The OTT giant has proved to be an excellent platform for the American royal to restart her career and give a voice to state her opinions. They both even signed a contract to make the limited series Harry & Meghan, which entails the story of their love and their eventual exit from the royal family.

Before becoming a Duchess, she had a career in Hollywood. Right from being a suitcase model on Deal or No Deal to working in multiple romantic comedy movies, she worked her way up in the industry. Netflix is now set to bring back a series where she played a significant role.

Netflix will bring this major Meghan Markle starrer show on its platform soon

Some shows last long on Netflix and some get cancelled right after season one. Then there are those who are brought onto the platform as a result of public demand. In the latest, the platform has purchased a license to bring in the hit law-based show Suits onto its platform. According to What’s on Netflix, the series will be available to watch on Netflix USA on 17th June. This would be the first time the platform brought the show on board, although its South Korean remake did run on it from December 2019 to August 2021.

In recent years, courtroom drama has garnered almost a cult fan base with series like Suits, How to Get Away with Murder, Better Call Saul, etc. getting a nod from fans. This American season lasted for a total of nine seasons, with 134 episodes running from June 2011 to September 2019. Although it is not known whether all 9 seasons will be available to watch from the get-go.

The drama’s central idea did not just highlight the intricacies of law, but also a beatable bromance in the corporate world.

What is the Suits series about?

Suits revolve around Michael Ross, a college dropout who scores a job in the legal field through his sharpness, forming a strong bond with lawyer Harvey Specter. The following episodes showcase the daily life of the lawyers in the firm and how they tackle everyday challenges. Along with Patrick J. James, and Gabriel Macht, it casts Meghan Markle as Rachel Zane, who is Ross’s love interest in the show. The series became a quick hit amongst fans, with most often rewatching the episodes.
