A new post shared by What’s on Netflix states that Netflix has pushed back the launch of Damsel. Starring Millie Bobby Brown as the brave princess, this movie was slated for release on 13 October 2023. But it appears this isn’t the scene anymore because the project has been shifted out of the year.

This news might be disappointing for the fans who wanted to see their favorite actress fighting with an enormous dragon. Apart from this announcement, we don’t have any specific details about why the streamer has halted the release.

How Millie Bobby Brown becomes the offering of a cruel dragon in Damsel?
Damsel depicts Millie Bobby Brown as the protagonist character of Elodie who is marrying a prince. Unknown to reality, this young woman falls into the trap recruited by her father and the royal family. Soon after her marriage, she is thrown into a cave as a sacrifice to repay an ancient debt.

However, this brave girl doesn’t easily give in to her unfortunate fate and decides to fight this fire-breathing dragon and save her life. And this is how the innocent and dutiful princess transforms herself.
The cast member alongside Brown includes Angela Bassett, Ray Winstone, Robin Wright, Nick Robinson, Brooke Carter, Nick Robinson, and Shohreh Aghdashloo. Written by Dan Mazeau, the Oscar-nominated filmmaker Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will direct Damsel.
