Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling’s ‘Barbie’ Recruits More Jaw-Dropping Celebrities to Catch Eyeballs, Including Global Sweetheart Dua Lipa
Greta Gerwig’s Barbie is only a few months away to set foot on the silver screen on July 21, 2023. This film instantly picked the attention of people when Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling were announced in the lead roles. Since fans have seen how astoundingly amazing and talented these actors are. The first live-action adaptation of the famous fashion dolls is currently the most anticipated project of the year.
Although the creators have not given an official synopsis of the storyline but leaked pictures from the set are making fans eager. Seeing Gosling and Robbie in bright costumes and blonde hair only adds fire to the excitement. And if you think it couldn’t get any better the movie seems to recruit more jaw-dropping celebrities to catch eyeballs including global sweetheart Dua Lipa.

Dua Lipa is rumored to join the star-studded cast of Barbie
The rumors of the famous English singer-songwriter Dua Lipa’s casting in Barbie has been flooding the internet. The 27-year-old musician who is also ready to make her acting debut in the upcoming Apple TV+ film Argylle.
“Dua is making waves in both music and movies. She really impressed in Argylle and word spread around Hollywood about how good she was,” stated an inside source to The Sun.
Other famous faces who are believed to be joining this exhilarating ride are Saoirse Ronan, John Cena, and Nicola Coughlan. However, no confirmations has been made on the side of casting nor actors have spoke about it.
Meanwhile, the keenly awaited film already has a star-studded cast and Oscar-nominated team of creators. Actors working alongside Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling include Will Ferrell, Issa Rae, Simu Liu, Ncuti Gatwa, America Ferrera, Michael Cera, Hari Nef, Emma Mackey, and Emerald Fennell.

According to Kyle Buchanan of the New York Times, as reported by Just Jared, it’s not only the Suicide Squad actress and the La La Land star playing Barbie and Ken. The other cast members are playing different version of these characters.
