In the latest released episodes of Harry and Meghan, the Duke and his Duchess did unveil a lot of darker secrets about the Royal Family. What the general public had just come across in tabloids got a more narrowed picture of what it was. From the huge conflicts within the family to the dreadful ramifications of the same, the Sussex couple said it all. In the course of the three explosive episodes, the Prince also stressed the disturbances between his brother that had their consequences. 

The Prince stated apart from minor inconveniences, a huge dispute once caused irreparable damage to the once-close relationship. Talking about the infamous Megxit, Harry said, one of the very important reasons that catalyzed such a crucial decision was Prince William. The recent ugly developments in their relationship caused Harry to take a step like never before. But exactly happened to push the sidelined Prince to this extent?

The Duke of Sussex affirmed that his brother the Prince of Wales had openly screamed and shouted at him before the entire institution. At a crisis summit in 2020, the entire family was summoned to discuss the final decision of withdrawal by the Sussexes. Prince’s wife, Duchess Meghan did not receive the invitation to be present at the summit. The Prince alone has kept some options before the Royal Family to choose from. It was either all out or all in for him.

However, after much speculation, he agreed on a grey ground. It meant although the two would withdraw as the senior Royals, they would still carry on the Queen’s commonwealth duty in Canada. Reacting to this, the future King, according to his brother, screamed at him stating, “that option was not up for debate.” The self-exiled Prince sunk into himself while admitting that it was terrifying for him to see his brother shout at him. His father, the present Monarch, King Charles said things that were all untrue and his grandmother, the late Queen, sort of took it all in, said the Prince. 

Following much heated back and forth, Sandringham released the official papers of Sussex’s renunciation. The Prince as he stated had no idea of the official declaration. “No one asked me,” he finally confirmed. In no time, the two withdrew the Palace in immediate force and headed to Canada where they stayed for a couple of months.
