With the next presidential elections in the United States just two years away, the news of the rapper returning to politics is floating in the industry.
Kanye West made a lot of noise in 2020 with his presidential campaign. He participated in the elections with his self-styled party, The Birthday Party. The Bound 2 singer made a lot of promises to the people, including the appointment of Elon Musk as the head of the space program if he won. However, Kanye, also known as Ye, failed to gain the trust of the public and ended up with just 60,000 votes from a total of a whopping 160 million. Kanye West finally reveals his plans for the 2024 presidential elections
In an interaction with ABC News, Kanye West revealed that a failed 2022 campaign has not dampened his spirits, and he is ready to take the challenge once again. The Donda star clarified that he will be reviving his political career sooner than later. However, we still don’t know if he will be fighting the 2024 elections. The American superstar refused to give any details about how and when he will be running for the presidential post again.
“Yes, absolutely. You know, that time wasn’t in God’s time. I’m sure God had me fall on the sword and say this is not the time,” West said in the interview when asked about his political plans.

Meanwhile, Kanye also candidly spoke about the poor results last time. He believes that it was not the right time for him and that god is definitely planning something good. The 45-year-old expressed his gratitude saying that god has given him a new life and a platform with amazing people.
Notably, Kanye West promised a Black Panther-like government in the election campaign in 2022. The fictional character Wakanda from the film Black Panther highly inspired the American rapper.
