Wrexham AFC is going high profile! The club tweeted that they are taking on the Red Devils in the Premier League. This also marks their first time visiting the United States of America. Wrexham AFC’s official handle tweeted the video featuring the owners and the legendary football manager. In the clip we see Reynolds and McElhenney looking like a bundle of nerves as they wait for a video chat with Ferguson.
The Proposal star calls him a master intimidator, while Rob chirps on about his accomplishments. Both express their excitement and fanboy a little too hard over Ferguson. He makes a terrible excuse about Rob’s inflexible hair appointment to end the call. Cut to the next scene, Sir Alex reveals the pair was on mute the whole time!
