They definitely did not recast the actress, and honestly, Freya Allan is the perfect actress to play the role of Ciri, just like Anya Chalotra is for Yennefer and Henry Cavill is for Geralt. The major reason we have noticed a change in her appearance is because of the time gap we had between both seasons, owing to the global pandemic. Another reason for the change in look is Freya’s decision to not bleach her eyebrows, which are clearly distinguishable on the show.
