According to the latest issue by TIME magazine, The Sussexes Spokesperson has confirmed that despite the personal feuds, they have contacted the Duke and his wife regarding the coronation. “I can confirm the Duke has recently received email correspondence from His Majesty’s,” revealed the representative to the outlet.

Although the source made it clear that King Charles still wants his family united at Westminster Abbey in May, the Sussex couple is yet not sure about their response. What has left the royal spectators in a fit of pique is that an immediate decision on whether the Duke and Duchess will attend or not was not disclosed by the representative.

Factors playing a primary role in the decision by the Sussexes also include their eldest’s birthday on the same day. The entire world would be looking at King Charles’s Crowning at Westminster Abbey on the 6th of May, 2023. However, speaking of the Sussexes, chances are that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stay back to celebrate Archie’s fourth birthday on the same day.

What is your take on the matter? Do you think the Sussexes will turn up for their father’s coronation? Let us know in the comments below.
