Rian Johnson dropped the keenly assembled suspense thriller Knives Out in 2019 which instantly hooked the viewers. Starring brilliant and immensely popular actors like No Time to Die stars Daniel Craig and Ana de Armas and of course, Chris Evans, this film blew the minds of fans. The drama received enormous praise for its ingenious presentation, tremendous characters, and deviously twisted murder mystery.

Taking forward that madly entertaining story, the creators made another addition to the franchise. Titled Glass Onion, the highly anticipated sequel received the widest theatrical release this month. This new mystery lived up to the expectations of fans reprising Craig in the role of master detective Benoit Blanc. “Knives Out was less overtly and politically biased. The characters were also fun to dislike due to how grounded they felt. Glass Onion’s characters were caricatures of e-celeb culture that I have zero care for,” remarked a second fan.

The movie has received a highly favorable response from viewers with an average rating of 8/10 on Rotten Tomatoes and a score of 7.4 out of 10 on IMDb.
