In 2016, Stan Lee sat down at MegaCon to discuss the creation of his iconic Marvel characters. During the conversation, he revealed a surprising truth behind his cameo scene in Deadpool. The late writer stated that his appearance as a DJ at a strip club was not what viewers saw in the movie. He alerted the fans that this revelation might ruin all the fun they had watching him being the jockey at a bar since the actor was not actually present at the topless dancing place to shoot the scene.

 “I did that in a studio and then they put it into the movie, and I’m damn mad about that!” revealed the Deadpool star. Moreover, he continued that he promised the creators to make another appearance in the sequel, which he did. You might remember the scene where Deadpool steals the suit, and Stan compliments him.

That was a hilarious one! Well, one can say that his cameos in all the Marvel movies are quite cool and cranky. Unfortunately, fans cannot see more of his style as the American star passed away at the age of 95 four years ago. In honor of the memory of this great writer, Marvel Entertainment has confirmed a documentary on the life of Stan Lee on Disney+ in 2023.
