Speaking in the episode that aired on October 11, Meghan Markle revealed that it was hard for her to accept having mental issues. The actress struggled to explain herself to her husband in the fear of putting him on the spot with his family. However, she was forced to speak about the issues due to suicidal tendencies.

Meghan claimed that initially, she asked for help from the royal family. However, the Duchess was denied permission to be open up about her mental condition, as it could be fatal for the image of the House of Windsor.
