Working on a series is a bonding experience for all the actors. As shooting for the show takes course over multiple months that turn into years, the cast ends up spending a lot of time together. However, a common practice in TV shows is killing off a character. But the show goes on even without the character. And for Stranger Things, the last central character that got killed was Dacre Montgomery’s, Billy Hargrove. Naturally, after being on the show for years, he had developed a great relationship with Sadie Sink, who plays Max, his onscreen sister.

In fact, this was the first season Sadie had to do without Dacre on set. So, it was surely a different experience for her, which she discussed in an interview.

Let us see what the actress had to say.

In 2017, we first got to see the brother-sister duo of Billy and Max. While Billy was not the ideal brother in his first appearance in Stranger Things season two, he redeemed himself in the show’s third season. Even going forward and repairing his broken relationship with Max just before dying. And his death certainly has a huge impact on the show’s fourth season to the extent a whole episode is dedicated to it.

While talking about Dacre and the experience Sadie Sink had with him, the actress mentioned nothing except love and admiration for the Australian actor. She shared how she loved all the scenes she had with her. Shooting this season without him made her miss Dacre immensely.
