In her latest interview with New York Times, Katherine Schwarzenegger expressed her gratitude towards her parents for raising her the right way. During the conversation, the NY bestseller author stated that Arnold Schwarzenegger is a role model for her and she would do the same for her daughters, Eloise Christina, 8 months, and Lyla Maria, 2½ years.

“I know this sounds crazy, but I really would love to just do exactly what they did,” explained the American writer to the New York Times. She recalled the time of her childhood and how the professional life of her dad never affected their upbringing.

The True Lies star always kept his kids away from the spotlight and never took them to industry parties. It is certainly admirable how Schwarzenegger and his ex-wife did all the hard work to give their children a normal life. The retired bodybuilder is one of the most celebrated actors in Hollywood. Thus, it might have not been easy for him to maintain this privacy at home.
