Palace insiders suggest that to establish his own legacy and move away from the shadows of the late Queen, King Charles is planning for a world tour. After his coronation in May 2023, the monarch will be traveling for over two years. He is hoping to cover Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Caribbean nations. Meanwhile, His Majesty can also make a trip to various parts of Europe to improve relations after Brexit.
Notably, the late matriarch had made a similar trip in the 1970s to celebrate her Silver Jubilee. She had toured 52 commonwealth countries and 21 other areas. “The King and his family are keen to hit the ground running in these crucial first few years of his reign. He wants to carry on the mantra from his late mother of being seen to be believed,” inside sources were quoted as saying by Mirror.
Meanwhile, King Charles can also face the pressure of taking away the royal titles from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Many royal experts want the California-based royals to be stripped of their Sussex titles. The demand can intensify in the coming months if the Duke crosses the line in his memoir.
