Working for high-profile celebrities can be a demanding job. Especially when those celebrities are Kanye West and Kim Kardashian. While Kardashian is known for vetting employees, West is known for being difficult to work with. In the case of celebrity bodyguards, they are expected to be available around the clock.

While the pay is often good, the work demand often wears the staff out. Additionally, due to the status of a celebrity, the staff is often required to sign a nondisclosure agreement. But there is one former employee of Ye that is now opening up about his experience working as his bodyguard: Steve Stanulis.

Steve Stanulis explains the reason why he got fired when working for Kanye West

Steve Stanulis is spilling the beans on working as a bodyguard for Kanye West. As per a tweet by MorningShow, the former employee revealed why he was fired from the job, “I was fired for hitting on Kim.” He is set to launch his documentary called 15 Days with Kanye, which will reveal his experiences of working with the Donda singer for the short time that he was employed with him. Although Ye’s team tried to stop him by claiming that he had signed a non-disclosure agreement, Staunulis has denied signing any such deal.

Speaking on the Morning show, he explained how he was instructed not to talk to Ye’s wife. One time, he had to inform Ye about not getting a car to rent at the last moment for Met Gala. He came across Kim Kardashian and informed her about the same. But West came by then and slammed the door in the bodyguard’s face.

Thereon, he was informed that his services were not needed anymore. It recently came out that Ye also mistreated his Adidas employee of color by making her sit on the floor. He even went through multiple lawyers during his divorce proceeding with the SKIMS owner. The film is supposed to premiere at the New York Film Festival on 19th January this year.
