HINTING AT RECONCILIATION? Reports Reveal King Charles Just Sealed a Deal to Have Harry and Meghan At Coronation

For the first time after 1953, the Royal Family of the United Kingdom will have its 40th coronation as for King Charles III. Adhering to the age-old traditions, the historical ceremony will take place at the London Church of Westminster Abbey. However, like any other Royal Coronation, King Charles’ is also surrounded by endless controversies and speculations. The one with his own, Prince Harry is undoubtedly breaching the top headlines. 

After the irreparable royal feud broke out between the Windsors and the Sussexes, there has hardly been any chance of reconciliation. Both the parties have vividly drifted apart from each other with the Duke of Sussex, Prince Harry continuously slandering his family through various tell-all projects. Nonetheless, reports reveal that Charles still seeks to make amends with his youngest despite the treacherous squabbles.

King Charles wants Prince Harry and Meghan Markle at the coronation 

According to a report by Daily Express, the Monarch has asked the Archbishop of Canterbury to make a deal for allowing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the Royal Ceremony. Justin Welby is to reportedly sign an agreement that would allow his warring sons to attend his coronation in May. The same has specifically cleared the way for his estranged son and daughter-in-law to attend the event. The Prince of Wales was never subjected to any controversies in the first place. 

Prior to the reports, there had been rampant disputes regarding the presence of the Sussexes at Coronation. The Royal Experts shunned the pair for their docuseries and memoir. Charles had also served an ultimatum to his estranged son. He took a major dig at the Duke and Duchess of Sussex when he posed them with a condition. According to him, he would have banned the couple from the event had Prince Harry mentioned any words of humiliation against Queen Consort Camilla.

Although the Duke made various stirring remarks against his stepmother, his book has refrained from making any such defaming statements. Hence, the King has also stuck to his words. He has demanded the Archbishop allow Harry and Meghan at the event of his lifetime. Nonetheless, a report from Daily Mail has stated that the decision by the King is met with resistance from the Duke’s elder brother, Prince William.
