Supermodel Gigi Hadid is ready to set Next in Fashion fire. The fashion-themed reality TV show by Netflix had fans waiting in anticipation for a long time. But with the next season coming up, new faces, assignments, and drama are queued up. While season one of the show was judged by Tan France and Alexa Chung, the second season will see Hadid showing off her expertise.

Hadid is one of the most sought-after models, having modeled since a very early age. But this new avatar has got Hadid rather excited, as she explained during an interview.

Since a young age, Gigi Hadid has seen, worked, and experienced the world of fashion. Putting all her experience together, she will now be judging Next in Fashion. During an interview with Jimmy Fallon, the model opened up about the upcoming season. Talking about her new role compared to previous work, she said, “I haven’t been ever given the time and the space.” As a model, one has to work hurriedly during fashion shows. But this show has more time and dialogues, which allow her to be her own self.

Fallon also gave her a boost of encouragement, stating how she is funny, talented, and funny. Hadid also added how she tried to be funny and entertaining in the reality show.

What is Next in Fashion all about?

Next in Fashion is a Netflix original reality show where fashion enthusiasts from around the globe gather to compete with each other. The winning designer gets $250,000 in prize money with the opportunity to launch their own luxury line on online fashion seller Net-a-Porter. The winner of the first series was Seoul-based designer Minju Kim.

There are also occasional guest appearances to add a zing to the show. So far Donatella Versace, Blake Lively, Hailey Beiber, and Jason Bolden have appeared as surprise guests. We will see how the next season fares after the success of the first one.
