When the series with a young dynamic crowd was made, no one knew how big it would end up becoming. Amassing a global fan base through the seasons, it is now ready to take a final dive.

The final season’s anticipation has kept both fans and the cast on their toes. Despite giving so many interviews, the entire team has managed to stay discreet about the details. Shawn Levy reveals what we can expect from the Stranger Things finale

While the finale of any series is an emotional one, Strange Things is going to be heavy in every sense. Producer Shawn Levy spoke to Collider’s Steve Weintraub and explained how everyone has changed since the series began. We can expect the last season to be epic and emotional. He added how the team cried as they discussed the two-hour pitch of the finale. “Anyway, writing is going really well, and we can’t wait to head into production next year.” After all, saying goodbye to the town of Hawkins will not be easy on anyone.

The writer’s room for the show took off a month after season 4. Both the Duffer brother and the writer are in full swing to ensure that there are no loose ends. While Levy himself has remained proud and thankful for being part of this show. But with power, comes responsibility.

The finale is set to release in two parts and will not come out until 2024 at least. Until then, fans can remain invested in their own theories.
