From Fresh New ‘Bubble’ to Bringing Back ‘Tiger and Bunny’, Netflix Released Its List of 40+ Anime for 2022, Check Here
We all know what a great library Netflix has. There are shows and movies for all to watch. But one underappreciated aspect of its colossal content has to be the amazing anime collection on Netflix. They do not have just old, previously released anime. But through their simulcast, they also stream many new anime right after their release in Japan.
Recently in the AnimeJapan 2022 event, Netflix released 40 plus anime that will be coming soon to the streaming site. This list includes new shows and some really popular ones.
Netflix Anime list for 2022

Thermae Romae Novae, released on March 28th, is one of the titles unveiled at the AnimeJapan 2022 event. It is part of the cooperation that the streamer established in 2020 with six anime creators. Kotaro Lives Alone and Rilakkuma’s Theme Park Adventure are two further classics.
It also includes family-friendly anime films such as Studio Colorido’s Drifting Home and the action smash Bubble, which premiered at the Berlinale earlier this year. Netflix also announced that Stone Ocean, the latest season in the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure universe, will return later this year for episodes 13-24.
Netflix also revealed new character art and primary actors for The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh, which will premiere in 2022, as well as art and the main trailer for Ghost in the Shell SAC 2045 Season 2, which will be accessible in May.

Voice artists from Japan like Megumi Han (Vampire in the Garden, Ghost in the Shell SAC 2045 Season 2, Mariya Ise (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Stone Ocean, Tiger & Bunny 2, Spriggan), Yuki Kaji (Bubble, The Seven Deadly Sins: Grudge of Edinburgh, Akuma Kun), Junichi Suwabe (Ultraman Season 2, Kotaro Lives Alone), and Kenjiro Tsuda (Thermae Romae Novae) will bring the projects to the fans.

Kohei Obara, the director of Netflix‘s Anime Creative had a lot to say about the relationship of Netix with the anime industry. He praised Netflix for its anime collections and said, “From diversifying our slate to bringing back fan favorites, we want to continue growing our members’ discovery and love for anime, both in Japan and around the world with this next chapter of anime on Netflix.”
